Directions to Stonebrook Farm

From Charlotte:
I-85 South to Hwy 14 (Exit 56). Turn left on Hwy 14. Cross Pelham/Batesville Road and Stonebrook Farm subdivision will be 1 mile on the left. Turn left onto Stonebrook Farm Way. Go straight through 3-way stop in front of clubhouse and make immediate right on Greenlee Hill Court. Turn right on Poplar Hill Lane.

From Atlanta:
I-85 North to Pelham Road (Exit 54). Turn right on Pelham Road. Go 1.5 miles and turn right on Hwy 14. Stonebrook Farm subdivision will be 1 mile on the left. Turn left onto Stonebrook Farm Way. Go straight through 3-way stop in front of clubhouse and make immediate right on Greenlee Hill Court. Turn right on Poplar Hill Lane.
