Kimmelman Residence

This spacious Jack Arnold designed home, built exclusively for Mr. and Mrs. Todd Kimmelman, features the best in European countryside living.  Combining heavily textured stucco with natural stone and mahogany doors, this home has beautiful rooflines which will age timelessly. Arguably our most ambitious project to date, the topography brought challenges that required Jay’s innovative and creative design skills. A massive boulder wall and suspended garage/parking deck enabled the garage doors to face the rear and the home feels as if it were carefully placed onto its foundation. With solid walnut floors and intricate millwork, the interior similarly reflects both the client’s and Jay’s passion for attention to detail.
