“Homes Built with Excellence” is the motto of Jay Cox Construction. Our goal is to achieve superior quality, knowledge and execution in our field. Our passion is for our clients to be thrilled with their homes. We pride ourselves in attention to detail whether on critical structural items or the subtle flair of a curved roofline. This is the goal in every phase of each project for the master craftsmen at JCC. The company often takes on no more than three or four homes per year. Jay declines much more work than he accepts so he can maintain his focus on quality and architectural integrity.
Clients are our top priority. Building a custom home is a time-consuming process, but we make it enjoyable. At JCC, we strive to develop relationships with clients based on trust and respect. The end product is a distinctive home and a friendship that extends past the building process. In the end, we want to do our best for our clients.
Before we begin building any custom home, significant time is spent with the homeowner learning their specific needs, desires and tastes. We are dedicated to working to our customer’s satisfaction.
